Founder & Leader
Bishop Dr. Enoch Boateng II is a beacon of divine leadership and inspiration, whose life and ministry are a testament to faith, dedication, and visionary service. Born as the firstborn of the late Rev. Enoch Boateng I—a revered evangelist of the Assemblies of God church in Kwahu Mpraeso—and the late Madam Mary Boateng, he was raised in an environment steeped in spiritual purpose. As the eldest of eight siblings, his journey of ministry began at an early age, setting the stage for a lifetime devoted to God’s calling.
Embarking on his ministry with the Assemblies of God church, Bishop Dr. Enoch Boateng II served as the Head Pastor at Konongo in the Ashanti region before being entrusted with the role of Asante Akyem District Pastor. His profound commitment and dynamic leadership soon became evident, inspiring him to heed God’s call to raise up a new generation of ministers—pastors, prophets, evangelists, teachers, and apostles—dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God.
In pursuit of this divine mandate, he founded the Centre for International Missions, a pioneering initiative that forged vital connections between missionaries in Ghana and those overseas. His passion for equipping leaders further led him to establish the International Missions Bible College at Challenge House in Adum, Kumasi, where countless men and women have been transformed and trained for ministry.
Continuing his journey of groundbreaking service, Bishop Dr. Boateng II founded Victory Embassy Chapel International, now a thriving church with seven branches across Ghana. His ministry transcends national borders, having traveled extensively to preach and share God’s word in countries such as Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Amsterdam, Israel, the USA, and the UK. His written works, most notably the globally acclaimed book “How To Fulfill Your Vision,” have touched hearts and empowered believers worldwide.
During his ministry, Bishop Dr. Enoch Boateng organized powerful crusades in Konongo, where numerous souls were won to Christ. These gatherings were marked by extraordinary healings, miracles, and a mighty move of God’s power, transforming lives and strengthening the faith of many.
When he is not on the pulpit or traveling the globe, his soulful piano playing reveals another facet of his passion for worship and the arts. Today, as the Chancellor of Harvestfield University College in Accra, Ghana, Bishop Dr. Enoch Boateng II’s visionary leadership not only enriches the spiritual landscape but also inspires academic excellence and holistic growth

Through his unwavering commitment to God’s mission, Bishop Dr. Enoch Boateng II continues to shape destinies, nurture leaders, and spread hope—a true testament to a life lived in divine purpose.
